When will I receive my first package?

Once you’ve placed your first order, you should expect to receive your glasses within 10 to 20 business days. It all depends on the complexity of your prescription, the kind of lenses you selected and the shipping method you chose.

 

How long will it take for my glasses to arrive?

You should receive your glasses within 10-20 business days from the date of purchase.  However, if we received incomplete prescription information, or your order is being shipped internationally, or if we need more clarification to process your order, it might take a few extra days. We generally follow up with you via email if we have questions, so please watch your inbox.

 

How can I track the shipment of my order?

In MY ACCOUNT, you can always check the status of each of your order. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

A full list of the countries where we ship glasses is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries.

 

How does international shipping work?

We offer flat-rate international shipping via FedEx International Economy® for $15.  Most packages arrive within 5-7 business days after your glasses is produced and ready to ship, but international shipments are often subject to Import taxes, which vary by country and can delay delivery.  Alternatively, you can choose to ship with our Standard Express which takes 7-10 business days after your glasses is ready to ship, but free of charge.

 

How much is shipping? When can I expect my glasses to arrive?

We offer two flat-rate international shipping.  After your glasses is produced and ready to ship,

·             Standard Express, 7-15 business days, free of charge

·             FedEx International Economy®, 5-7 business days, US$15.00

 

 I just placed several orders. Can I combine the shipments?

Yes, if you contact us within the first 24 hours after you've placed these orders.

 

Can you overnight my glasses?

Sorry, we do not offer overnight delivery.

 

I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?

Sure! Just make sure the shipping address selected is where you want the glasses delivered.

 

 What do I do if my package was damaged?

Immediately contact our Customer Service team via email: customerservice@leoptique.com. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.


If you do not pay within 24 hours, the order will be canceled by the system
