Return & Cancellation Policy
We start processing your order within first twelve (12) hours and production within first twenty-four hours after your payment is confirmed. If You cancel an order twenty-four hours after you made the payment, you will receive a refund of 50% of the paid product price, plus the shipping cost if it is paid.
Free returns are available for all orders within 30 days of shipping, provided the return conditions specified below are met.
If you are not satisfied with a product, the product may be returned for a 50% refund (excluding shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a one-time 100% store credit refund (excluding shipping cost) to be used to repurchase the products on www.leoptique.com.
If you return a product for manufacturing defect within the thirty (30) days warranty period, it will be replaced at no charge. Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
Once an order is placed and paid for, either fully or partially, with a Store Credit, it cannot be returned for another Store Credit. If a return is authorized, the regular 50% refund return option will apply.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
1. Contact our Customer Service to get a Return Confirmation Code, via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and send it back to us. Provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number
3. Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail of either refund or replacement.
Refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
