Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
All shipping times commence after 1-7 business day processing time. The processing of progressive or bifocal lenses, transition and tinted lenses will take longer time, up to 5-7 business days from the date your payment is confirmed.
When you place an order, you have the choice of different shipping methods. The standard shipping will take 10-20 business days, and the express shipping will reach you in 5-10 business days.
