    Q: With the Bogota sale the discount is frames only correct? Lenses are not included?

    A: Our BOGO deal applies only to the frames listed on that page, but it applies to both frames and lenses on one order with two pairs.

    Q: I was trying to use the promo code “JUN25” but it said it could not be applied towards the items in my order. However the promo says it can be applied site wide

    A: Thank you for shopping with us. 25% discount is applied site wide, except some products which have already been specially discounted, such as $4.95 frames. In other words specially priced products cannot apply this promo code. Advertisement cannot accommodate such a long copy, and we are sorry for the confusion.     Q: Hello. My first time visiting your site. I see you offer FREE glasses but then I choose from what you offer, choose lenses which I am not able to select the free ones, and therefor my order ends up being $16.95 anyway! So how is this FREE?

    A: Our free glasses promotion has conditions. Frames are limited to the ones listed on the promotion page, while the lenses are limited to light prescription with only SPH(-200 to 200), no CYL, no Prism, no ADD, etc. Please also be kindly reminded that the purpose of this promotion is to let you to have the chance to experience our product and service at lowest possible cost.
